Why can’t I see a course?”

If you have not logged in, you will not be able to see your course. If you still need assistance, please contact us.


I completed a module, quiz & evaluation form and I do not see the certificate in my profile?

You must complete all required (*) evaluation questions and SUBMIT to receive the certificate.      Click on your your Profile tab in the upper right hand corner of the screen you will see the courses you completed and a link to your certificates

How can I print or download my certificate?

In your profile … click on the certificate and then the printer icon. You can use your printer application to print or save the certificate. The certificates remain in your profile for future reference or printing. You will need to use your MAC or PC to print or save your certificate.


“How can I see additional courses?”

Once you complete the Overview course you can attend additional courses by clicking on the Courses tab and make a selection.  Sign up for the “Newsletter” in your profile to be notified when new modules are added.


“Is there any way I can contact an administrator?”

Please use the contact form. We are very responsive.


Where can I access additional resources related to my speciality?

There are links to additional recordings related to specific medical specialities at the bottom of the Home Page. These are “patient oriented” presentations by the same EDS experts who created these “Healthcare Professionals oriented” presentations. They will not provide  Nursing.Education certificates.

“My username is wrong, or my password won’t work”

To get a username and password, sign up at this link. Please remember to check your email address and make sure it is correct. You may request a new password at this link. You must know your username OR the email address you used to sign up. You will be emailed a link to create a new password.


“I’m seeing the same content over and over or the content doesn’t seem to navigate well”

If you have technical problems, the best way to begin troubleshooting is to clear your browser’s cache and history. On a Windows system, press the buttons marked “Ctrl” and “Shift” and “Del” at the same time. This should bring up a menu to clear out your data. On a Macintosh system, press “Command” and “Shift” and “Delete.” If you continue to have problems, please contact us.
